Return policy
1. Return period
Customers may request the return of products within 14 calendar days of receiving them, according to European consumer protection legislation.
2. Return conditions
Products can only be returned if they meet the following conditions:
The product has not been used or damaged.
The product is complete, with all accessories and original packaging.
The product shows no signs of mishandling, knocks or other external damage (if the product is damaged due to transport, this should be reported immediately).
3. Products damaged during transportation
If the product arrives damaged due to the courier (e.g. the packaging is wrinkled, broken or the product has visible signs of damage), the customer must inform within 48 hours of delivery , providing clear evidence (photos of the damaged packaging and product). This is important in order to be able to make a complaint to the courier and to analyze the possibility of an exchange or refund.
4. Return procedure
Contact us : The customer must contact our support service to request a return or exchange.
Proper packaging : The customer will need to return the product in proper packaging to prevent further damage.
Return costs : If the product is defective due to the courier, we will bear the return costs . Otherwise, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
5. Exceptions to the return policy
We do not accept returns for products that:
